Greetings, friends,
Throughout Scripture, God reveals Himself to those who hunger for Him. He draws near to those who seek Him with faith, humility, and expectation. He inhabits the praises of His people, and He promises to meet us when we gather in His name.
King David understood this well when he declared:
"Lord, I love the house where You live, the place where Your glory dwells." — Psalm 26:8
As followers of Jesus, our desire should be to love what God loves and build what God desires to build.
We believe God is calling His Church back to something simple and powerful...a community centered on His presence. A house of prayer. A place of worship. A family of believers who gather not to be entertained, but to encounter the living God.
At Risen Life, our heart is to create a place where people can meet with Jesus, be transformed by His love, and be equipped to live boldly for His Kingdom. We believe the Church was never meant to be merely a gathering people attend; it was meant to be a family people belong to.
We long to see disciples who make disciples. Men, women, and young people who are fully surrendered to Christ and committed to representing Him wherever they go. A community led by the Holy Spirit, rooted in the truth of God's Word, and marked by the love, power, and presence of Jesus.
We believe God still heals. We believe He still restores. We believe He still changes lives.
We desire to be a place where wounded hearts find hope, broken lives find restoration, and weary souls discover peace. A safe place where people can encounter God's grace, experience His healing, and walk in the freedom that only Christ can give.
The name Risen Life comes from the truth that because Christ is risen, everything changes.
"Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above..." — Colossians 3:1
Because of His resurrection, we are no longer defined by our past, our failures, or our circumstances. We have been given new life, new purpose, and new hope.
When you come to Risen Life, our prayer is simple: that you would encounter the presence of God, experience His unconditional love, and discover the purpose for which He created you. As your love for Jesus grows, your love for people will grow as well. And when that happens, there is no limit to what God can do through your life.
