The American Church stands at a critical crossroads.
Pastors across the nation face immense cultural, political, and social pressure to compromise biblical truth, soften the message of the gospel, and trade the sacred calling of a shepherd for the popularity of a speaker.
Yet God has entrusted His shepherds with a holy responsibility - to lead His people in truth, courage, and love.
Unshakable Shepherds exists to come alongside pastors offering counsel, mentorship, and authentic friendship to remind them of their sacred calling as shepherds of truth. We equip and encourage church leaders to stand firm in God’s Word and lead with conviction in a culture that is shaken.
Through personal mentorship, small cohorts, leadership retreats, and ongoing pastoral support, we strengthen pastors to remain unwavering in their calling. Our retreats provide a safe, Spirit-filled space where pastors are refreshed, sharpened, and reminded that they are not alone.
Our vision is clear:
To raise up a generation of shepherds who are unwavering in truth, steadfast in love, and bold in proclaiming the gospel so that the Church in America may be revived, equipped, and prepared for the days ahead.
Why This Matters
- Pastoral burnout is rising. More pastors than ever are leaving ministry due to exhaustion, isolation, and cultural hostility.
- Truth is being compromised. Many church leaders feel pressured to trade conviction for cultural acceptance.
- The Church depends on strong shepherds. Healthy pastors lead healthy churches, and healthy churches transform communities.
If we don’t strengthen the shepherds, the flock will scatter. This ministry exists to make sure that doesn’t happen.
